The Japanese maestro Shinji Kagawa got a rare start against Liverpool in the Capital One Cup and although he did well, Moyes could/should have been more supportive.
Instead, he opted to single out Kagawa’s performance and stated that it was just an Okay performance from the former Dortmund playmaker.
Moyes claimed:
“He did OK [versus Liverpool]”
Kagawa is a talented footballer who has not got his deserved chance at United as yet.
What Moyes has said is clearly a swipe taken at the Japanese, something he really did not deserve when he has not played enough minutes.
On the contrary there are players who have played regularly and been quite average yet Moyes only pointed Kagawa out.
Nani had an okay game against Liverpool as well. Ashley young has featured in 4 premier league games and he has been pathetic at times.
However, Kagawa who has not even featured in a single league game and has played only 140 minutes of football for Manchester United this season was criticized.
This perhaps sums up that Moyes does not rate Kagawa highly and the Japanese should prefer leaving the club as soon as possible because he may not get much game time with the Scot in charge.

Truly speaking that is ridiculous, how can he say kagawa needs to improve when we have so many average players in the midfield like young and valencia who have played more mins than him. Moyes never said anything about them. Nani’s last touch is horrible also even his shots at goal are so poor but nothing is said about them. Is it because kagawa is it because he want to find excuses to justify his omission of kagawa, after all he is playing him out of his favourite position. We saw some positive things from kagawa that moyes never mentioned. Kagawa can take on the opponents and eliminate them, he can also pass the ball very well and has got vision.
under esmating kagawa’s capability and prefering awful young over him and not even giving young stars like zaha chance make me feel that moyes is not the man for the big job.
Moyes is just a racialist on kagawa issue,u can’t point out his performance on wed,if am not forgotten,when he took off from the pitch,kolo started 2 dominated the remain mins.can’t stop wondering moyefool!!!

Moyes does’nt seem to understand the diffrence between an avarage player(Young,Welbeck) & and a world class player(Kagawa,Chicha). Please stop wasting our players more so the young lads like Zaha!
it seems that DM is blindly favouring average english players over talented foreign players. Young, welbeck, cleverley ar no where near kagawa but moyes never speak speaks abt their abysmal performance.

Moyes is not the right man for United. He’s used to average players & he’s a racist… It seems he doesn’t know what world class is cuz if he did, he wouldn’t leave Kagawa & Zaha on the bench, & field players like Young, Nani & Cleverly! The Glazers should get rid of this Moyes guy & bring in Klopp… Were tired of his nonsense
