David Moyes will look to revive Manchester United against newcomers Crystal Palace on Saturday and get back to winning ways.
Having won only 4 points out of possible 9, the new manager is under immense pressure as the fixtures are not getting any easier.
After Palace, United’s next premier league game is against none other than their rivals Manchester City.
Having only signed one big player in the summer transfer market, United are set to be busy in the winter transfer market next January.
This time they will want to add their targets soon and reportedly one of their main targets is Aston Villa’s Benteke.
Reports suggest that United are keen to sign €25m Striker in January.
The Red Devils have a lot of striking options but still Moyes wants to add more quality and depth in the squad as for now Robin van Persie is not getting much support upfront.
Against all odds, Villa were able to hold onto their star player even though top clubs were interested in signing the Belgian international.
Benteke has started the season in superb fashion and has already scored 3 goals in 3 league appearances.
If his top form continues then surely Villa will demand more than just 25m for the prolific scorer. However, after such a poor summer window, Moyes should not lose out on his top transfer targets in the next one.

Manchester United to move for €25m Striker in January

So United have last season’s golden boot winner, 2 England internationals and one of the best finishers in the world up front and yet we need another striker? When is Moyes going to play him? He said he would turn down the chance to go to Chelsea because he didn’t think he was good enough to get in the starting line up and his only real rival there would be Willian and (cant hit a cows arse with a) Banjo Torres, why would come to United? We need Kagawa to start and a world class ball carrying AM not another striker!
Moyes will never get Benteke, mark my words!
Why?
Davido moyes is wasting his precious time over the pursuit of another striker their too many of them there we just need a mildfielder
i dont think mr moyes know what he really want. All what man u. Want now is a play maker. Not another striker, pls.
Weai f***ing hope so, we dont need him. Just because we signed a Belgium player this transfer window doesn’t mean we want to buy a Belgium team. As for a playmaker, I don’t think we need to sign another playmaker, we justbhave play the ones we already have (i.e. Shinji Kagawa), not that that id going to happen, playing a 4-4-2 or 4-4-1-1 formation, Rooney is garenteed the position of second striker ot central foward and that leaves two other positions in midfield (excluding wings) . Carrick is our main man there, and since signing Fellaini Moyes will have to play him too. So at most Kagawa will play reserve lefwinger or maybe as a substitute for Rooney, but I think he’ll always be fighting against Cleverley (talentless idiot) for a chance to play… so even if we do sign a attacking midfielder/playmaker type player, where would we play him?
Like your comment and I feel the same. Should of let Rooney go abroad and let kagawa play in his preferred position as he’s better then Rooney as an attacking mid! Kagawa is class and anyone who has seen him play in his fav position would know!!
benteke is a good striker but moyes should make it a last priority.van perse is making wasteful runs simply because no creative playmaker from the middle.
A good play maker is what we need not a striker.
Moyes,You want add a striker in january transfer saying van persie is not getting much support, why you are not using kagawa to be assestig him?well benteke is shape like robin.
This man called david moyes don’t know what next, best is to play the player you have for every one of them to prove their worth not to be determine on worthless player like cleverly
Its early days yet and Moyes is still finding his feet,we dont know how Moyes intends to rotate the squad yet,Kagawa will more than likely get some minutes against Palace and start against Bayer Leverkusen !
What A Stupid Man Is Moyes? We Need Playmaker Not A Striker Foolish Man.
They don’t need Benteke to be honest. Somebody needs to give Javier Hernandez some game time quickly or I’m going to cry!!!
moyes u are senceless person, why can u give kagawa chance 2 prove himself, n’t only benteke is benteku chicharito is there, all we need is playmaker.
Not playing a player like Kagawa will not only scare away talented players out there but also increase doubt over Moreyeess’ capability to manage Utd. We have more than enough firepower but what we lacked in the last two games is creativity to unlock tight defences.
kagawa must fight 4 hiz place in tht team!!!! this is not a holiday!! its not a vacation!!!! every one fights to get into tht team!! kagawa must earn hiz place this is not dortmund!! he must stop being timid!!!the little av seen of him hiz abit timid!!! he nidz to adpt fully tothe league av watched him against seville, against everton he just kunt handle the physical gem & thts nt just moyes even fergie was ver fast to realise he wasnt coping!!! u cant b babay sat its a foght out there u must put up perfomancesv 2 warranty yo place even van persie waks hiz socks off!!! he must stop being timid *& easill being shruged off tht ball am sure even moyes has seen tht i saw tht last season!!!u cant kip dropping possession & falling over & u thnk ull b played even messi waks hiz socks off ronaldo they neva just fall ova!!!…u kant star in only one norwich game u put up performances week in week out!! from what av seen so far kagawa nids to get hiz hands ver dirty & stop being bulled off tht ball easily tht nags any manager u must b a man!!!ur only as gud as yo last game!!!chamak of arsenal kant kip quoting bordeaux times!! wenger has shopt him out & i support him!!!i dont nid 2b an arsenal fan 2 do tht am man utd thru &thruabout benteke why not? fergie had a quartet of strikers in 99 to win the champs league, welbz z not ver consistent eitha, moyes pliz do what u feel will get us the success we nid & who said were not in 4 a midfielder too? buy ever one tht u nuid 2 get the results we nid koz ur the manager & woodward gave us nothing u brot us fellaini nw take over tht transfer affair
