After four games without win, Chelsea finally ended their barren run against Fulham yesterday with a 2-0 victory at Stamford Bridge.
Jose Mourinho kept star player Juan Mata out of the squad because he thinks that the Spanird is not doing good enough, and his absence has now started rumors that Mata will no longer be there with Blues in January.
On the other hand, Metro suggests that Chelsea are believed to be lining up move for sensational upcoming German star Julian Brandt.
The 17 year old boy currently plays for Wolfsburg but has not appeared for senior side as yet.
However, his record for the under-19 team is absolutely fantastic.
Brandt, who plays as an attacking midfielder/winger has featured in 5 league games this season, scored 3 goals and has provided 5 assists as well.
Last year, the youngster directly contributed in 25 goals (13 goals, 12 assists) in just 23 league appearances.
Adding to that, he has been impressive for the national side as well
Germany continues to produce world class players and Brandt surely has that potential. Doubts are there whether a move that early in his career will be good for him as there is a lot of competition for places at Chelsea.
Will Chelsea secure his services in January, only time will tell.

How many attarcking midfielder do we want to wast their time? juan mata has been frozen out marin, moses, lucas pizon, mc eachran, feruz, willian have not gotten the chance. yet we are satisfy, pls let us reason well and utilize the one we have.
Piazon, McEachran are not fulfilling their potential, Feruz is only 18 and doesn’t need to have a first team place, Willian has only missed one game since being at the club, Marin was too injury prone and Moses was greedy and couldn’t make a decision. The people we have no are great and theres never too many young stars waiting to break through in one team. Brandt is going to be an incredible player its easy for anyone to see, why pass up on that because you prefer Moses.
