Manchester United Must Not Lose Chicharito

Manchester United Must Not Lose ChicharitoNot so long ago, reports claimed that Javier “Chicharito” Hernández the mexican sensation at Manchester United has been put on the table for many teams but the truth is that if he stays the way he has been and keeps scoring almost at every opportunity he should stay at United deservedly. In fact United must not lose Chicharito.
The future was uncertain for the mexican striker. Because of the lack of minutes on the field, rumors were initiated that the Mexican might not have a future at United. The transfer of Robin van Persie was another thing that amplified the rumors of Javier’s possible departure.
The first team on the table was Real Madrid and then Borussia Dortmund. They were supposed to use him as currency to get another players for Manchester United. Then many other rumors came along like Fiorentina, Arsenal and even Atletico de Madrid and Porto.
The fact that so many top clubs are interested in the young striker itself explains the quality he possess. His pace, intelligent runs, being at the right place at the right time and nicking important goals make him invaluable for United. Chicharito has scored 4 goals in the 7 league appearances he has made for United this season.
Still he has to continue his good form in order to win more minutes. Ferguson for now cannot find a way to exclude one of top two earners Rooney and van Persie out of the lineup, based on quality of course but Chicharito deserves his place in the starting lineup. Sir Alex must find a setup to drop players who are not performing and make a combination in which Hernandez, Rooney and RvP can start like he did against Aston Villa taking off Young. For now Chicharito is regarded as only a “Super Substitute” but he is more than that, way more.
Danny Welbeck had a good last year in red shirt as well and is competing alongside other strikers for a spot in starting lineup but he has managed to score only 1 league goal in 8 appearances, 1 more than Hernandez.
The manager needs to make sure that Hernandez is not frustrated by the lack of starting role as numerous clubs roam around and can capture a quality goal scorer like him and provide him the first team football that he deserves.
In your opinion, do you feel Hernandez should think about moving on from United if he does not become a regular starter. Taking into consideration that he is 24 and reaching his peak years? Will he stay at United? Will he go? The winter marked has the answers.
