€29m Move on the Cards, Man United Keen to Lure Midfield Star

Gundogan DortmundManchester United finally registered their first win of the new year after losing three games in a row.
The supporters will be glad that the team is back to winning ways but now Moyes must step up and sign some quality stars in the transfer window.
Red Devils have been linked with German international Ilkay Gundogan for quite some time and now they are reportedly moving to lure him to Old Trafford.
According to Mirror, Manchester United are ready to bid €29 million for the Borussia Dortmund midfielder.
As per the provided link, the move is on the cards as Moyes is a keen admirer of Gundogan and wants the German to solve the midfield conundrum.
Ilkay has missed majority of the matches this season because of injury and he has been linked with a move elsewhere as the contract situation has been complex.
Man United have been closely monitoring Atletico Madrid star Koke as well but Gundogan is arguably the better option mainly because United can utilize him in the Champions League as well.
Koke on the other hand is cup tied and with Atletico flying high in La Liga as well, it is surely going to be hard to lure him.
Gundogan has a release clause of €36m in his contract but the current tenure expiring in 2015 and his continuing injury concerns, United will hope that the mentioned 29 million Euros bid will be enough to lure the midfield star.

We need him 2 create goals and 2 score goals and kagawa playing very well now we need that cheeky attacking midfield that we lacking

He’s a great player but injury prone. I would personally just wait until the summer, the leagues long gone and I don’t think any player coming in right now would have an impact straight the way, also I would prefer koke, and we defferenetly wouldn’t get him until the summer. Look at what happened in the summer we ended up with fellaini. He’s no even close to being good enough to play for Manchester United.but again gundogan is a great player!

he is the perfect solution. but I don’t thing he would want to play under moyes.

Is not about speculation, we want to see them signed and playing for man united. United linked with over ten midfielders but we have not seen any of them. Today Gondogan, tommorow Koke or Fabregas etc. That is the reason we missed on Thiago and Strootman now we are about missing out Everton Reibiro to Man city.

Man United will struggle to attract the worlds best players even with a massive transfer pot. The reason is unfortunately David Moyes. He has a poor record as a manager having won nothing. Had we still had Sir Alex, Raphael Benitez, Mourinio we would have no trouble in signing the players we want and need.
I doubt we will qualify for the C/L this year as week after week Moyes makes tactical blunder after tactical blunder. His backroom staff are second rate not exactly household names. It is also noticeable how well Everton are doing this season under their new manager that speaks oceans for Moyes’s ability as a coach.
The Glaziers own United and run it as a business should Moyes start losing them money then is tenure as coach will be short lived.
