Chelsea have been trying to sign Brazilian international and Juventus star Alex Sandro for quite some time and they may get their man this month.
According to reports (Mirror), the Blues are ready to push through 50 million pounds ($68million) signing of the Samba star as Conte looks to reinforce his squad.
The British source have mentioned that Manchester United are interested in the South American defender as well but Chelsea have made their move to lure him ahead of Mourinho.

Last month, the Sun exclusively revealed that the 26-year-old wants to leave the Old Lady and he wants to move to the Stamford Bridge club.
The former FC Porto star is one of the best left backs in the world and will compete with Marcos Alonso if he does end up signing for Chelsea.
In the current campaign, Alex has so far featured in 19 games (all competitions) for the Italian champions, scored 1 goal and provided 5 assists.
