Liverpool Close in to Finally Sign Playmaker with $23.5m Move

Liverpool FCLiverpool have already signed two quality attacking midfielders in the form of James Milner and Roberto Firmino.
The England international is mainly being utilized in the central midfield by Rodgers but over the years he has been very effective in the attack as well.
Moreover, the Merseysiders have more than a few attackers in the squad such as the likes of Coutinho, Lallana, Ibe and Markovic. Still, the Reds are interested in signing another playmaker in the form of Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
The Anfield club tried to sign the Armenian star two seasons ago as well but lack of Champions League football did not help and Henrikh opted to join German side Dortmund. According to reports, $23.5m move is being prepared by Liverpool to finally sign Mkhitaryan.
The 26-year-old playmaker had an average last season with Dortmund as the club failed to qualify for the Champions League. Mkhitaryan could only score 5 goals in over 40 games.
However, the former Shakhtar star has started the 2015/16 season in brilliant fashion. In 5 games, Mkhitaryan has already scored 7 goals and provided 3 assists as well.
In your opinion, should Liverpool splash the cash to lure Mkhitaryan?

  2. Nothing to comment at this moment, except to find another good and real striker. What Liverpool have at this moment is not matching with Chelsea, Man United , ManCity and Arsenal. To me, it seems that Liverpool are not good in scouting the good players at all. Rogers must bear all the responsibility,if Liverpool are not in the Top Four.He must be very careful and selective of good players.

Furthermore, Liverpool spent a lot of money for the last season and this season too, and yet they got a very plain and ordinary players, compared to the other players of the rival clubs. Chelsea, Man United, Man City and Arsenal, they all buy a very good Players. They know how to scout the good players at a very good and competitive price.
