Star Returns – Manchester United Strongest XI to face Saints

Daley Blind NetherlandsManchester United will hope to get back to winning ways when they face Southampton next weekend.
The Red Devils could only draw their last two games after a brilliant 6 game winning run and Van Gaal demands improvement.
A Southampton win will take them above Man United to occupy third place as they are just a single point behind them at the moment.
Saints have been brilliant lately as they earned a point against league leaders Chelsea and also defeated their top 4 rivals Arsenal in the last game.
Manchester United’s summer signing Daley Blind may as well make a return to action from injury but will he be in the starting XI, we shall see.

I think carrick should coming for blind in d defensive mid field considering his long lay off nd he nids more match rythm, carrick should be a better option ahead of blind! SOUTHAMPTON would be dealt with ruthlessly…..my prediction…2-0(falcao,rooney)

I think Carrick shld come in the DM instead of Blind and if Luke Shaw is fit to play shld come for the No. 3 position instead of blacket wish u best, GGMU.

Exactly! Let carrick start the match, start Rooney & Falcao up front instead of VP, the put Mata in the hole behind the strikers, mind you Jones on the RB & McNair/Smalling in CB, I prefer Shaw to blackett. Then we can bring in Blind & VP for Shaw & Falcao respectively, I see us winning like 4 to 5 nil with this.

Carrick and Smalling should start. I don’t know if Shaw is fit enough, but Blanket is Ok.

    I agree with you @Raymond
