Manchester United have been linked with a move to sign Spanish international and Valencia midfielder Carlos Soler.
Reports (via Daily Mail) in the British media suggest that Mourinho is keen and the Red Devils are trying to secure his signing for next season for a fee worth 30 million pounds.
However, Deporte Valenciano have claimed that the above mentioned fee from the Old Trafford club will not be enough to secure the signature of the 20-year-old midfielder.

The Spanish source have claimed that Valencia would sell Soler but only if two conditions are met. Firstly, a club must activate the release clause in Soler’s contract which is worth €80million and then they would have to convince the player to join as well.
Deporte Valenciano state that Soler is from Valencia and he is living the dream playing for his hometown club and therefore, it could be hard for other clubs to convince him. However, if a club can convince him and pay €80million then the signing can be sealed.
Not to forget, Valencia are in top form at the moment and currently sit in 2nd place in the Spanish league, four points behind leaders Barcelona.
Soler has directly contributed in 5 goals in 9 league appearances this season. In your opinion, should Mourinho activate the release clause in Carlos’s contract to hire his services?
