Manchester United are in search of a top quality right full back and must bring one in the summer transfer window.
For now the duties of RB are being performed by a natural winger Antonio Valencia and the Ecuadorian has done well.
Brazilian international Rafael has not been preferred by Louis van Gaal and may as well depart in the next window.
Even though Valencia has been decent, Van Gaal needs a natural defender in that position and the latest news suggest that Southampton’s Clyne will be joining Manchester United.
According to Daily Mirror’s David McDonnell, Clyne to Manchester United move is all but done as he revealed on MUTV.
“What I’m told, it’s a done deal.”
The $29.5 million rated star has arguably been the best right full back in the premier league and has been pivotal in Southampton’s brilliant defensive form.
Southampton sold many of their top stars last summer but they have coped well. Will they cope well and find a top replacement for the 24 year old, only time will tell
As previously published, Southampton manager Ronald Koeman also admitted that the move is imminent.
Manchester United must reinforce the squad with proven quality players unlike Liverpool did last summer so that the Devils can challenge for the premier league title next season and be successful in Europe’s elite competition UEFA Champions League as well.

I still love rafael, Could be that Van Gaal hate Brazilians. If Rafael had played in the FA cup Man United would have still been in the competition.
I would’ve also preferred Rafeal instead of spending this huge amount on a position we don’t have problem. The money should be spent on a defensive midfielder.
rafael has proved himself both in europe & the premier league. he’s far more experienced & efficient. mistake to let him go.
